Tonight we come back Iran and I hope in one month I will be in Toronto because I have to transfer my responsibilities at work . So I have to be a little be more patient!

Finally I saw my dear file.
I said the lady to return me my pictures and what ever they do not need and I said her I will keep them to show my children! ;D
She was so kind and did it.

loool i don't think that much in detail....u can put categories.....clothes, jewelry, etc....i think if u have electronics u need to put the value and serial number.....for jewelry value and description (the most valuable ones)....for hand made things (persian carpets, etc) same value and description.....this list is not only with what u'll b bringing with u, but also with what goods u plan to ship later (follow up list)...but all this needs to b presented when u arrive the first time (just to avoid paying any taxes later)
i don't know much more abt it....i think the forms r called b4 forms....search abt them there r plenty of discussions here too abt it....
yeah it looks that u have some thinking and some more work to do ;D
