Thanks for sharing Tony! Some very well written comments. I urge everyone to participate in such activities, we have to voice our concerns and frustration, or else no one will care to know the depth of the problem.

thry are the most mean employees !! all they told me that they are busy working on our files and as soon as they have any info for me they will contact me ,, otherwise i can only send them an email askung about my status or call them ..

Irresponsiveness!!
All I want to see from cic is some transparency. CIC! It's very normal that in return of a fee that u charged ur client, u be responsive to him and let him know about the progress of his case. Why do u leave us in darkness?

oh , you mean that u sent forms on 18th March ?
