they fill at the hospital and i signed and remained in the medical file it just got the green sheet

hhmmmmm, why did they add it to the file?!!! they don't need it! listen do you have (appendix C) the one you filled when you did the first medical! fill it again now! You don't have to sign it! you have to sign other papers; the ones they gave you at the hospital. OK so now fill the appendix C form and clip it to the green receipt the doctor gave you and send it to Damascus only if they asked you to re-do the medical!

Note that appendix C has personal Info. about you, your name, your address and your phone number! so don't worry just fill it by yourself and add it to the green sheet and send it

hehe I know, I personally Re-did my medical, I filled appendix C and took it with me to the doctor..she clipped it to the green sheet and asked me to send it to Damascus! but I"ll not send it till they ask me to re-do the medical..my medical expires Nov. 6th . oh btw you can download appendix C from the CIC website!

I can understand i was in syria 2 months ago visiting my husband and to be honest the situation is unstable and god knows what will happen next but id rather be there with him then here ....waiting and worrying...
