Hi Sohrab jan,is your wife in tehran too??I want to know when she redo her medicals how is she going to wait for their asking then sending medical results because I'm going to the same but my dr said after redo the test the results will be sent to Paris and then to Damascus, so how are u going to stop these happend until the embassy ask for!?

yeah your right but apparently they give the person a piece of paper(receipt) to send to damascus, thats what i heard from nagz, her husband send the receipt after they asked for it, but honestly , even if they send it right away who cares, as long as it gets there,

guys please i need a reply for my question, i went to the canadian embassy yesterday which is thursday, and i applied as a visitor visa, they took my passport and they said come back in the first of Nov. does that mean i got my visitor visa, or they always do that..

guys please i need a reply for my question, i went to the canadian embassy yesterday which is thursday, and i applied as a visitor visa, they took my passport and they said come back in the first of Nov. does that mean i got my visitor visa, or they always do that..

Not necessarily. My husband applied for a visitor visa and they took his passport the day he applied. When you go on Nov. 1 they will tell you whether or not you got it. My husband got denied because I am Canadian so they thought he wouldn't return to his home country...this was before we applied for permanent residence.

today my wife went and redid her medicals at AUB family medicine and they gave her a copy of medical report section A with details of person examined and info to b completed by the examining physician its color green they kept copy wit them and gave her copy to send to me in canada.but my wife told me that last year when she did her medicals at risks hosp they didnt give her anypaper to send it to me.anything is wrong??this paper for me to keep as confirmation orr what???please i need to know

please i would like to know what is PPR ?what about my application details all i know that my paper are in damascus since nov 2010 and they request residenct questionare in april 26 2011 i sent the quest to them in may 3 2011 so what is PPR and how i know since started processing in damscu. plzzz and thank u in advance

Your wife shouldn't send it to you. The reason they tell her that is because they think its her first time doing medicals and that the sponsor has not sent the file already so they tell her to send it to you so you can add it to your papers and send a complete package. My husband kept it for a month and then redid his police check and he sent it on thursday so it should arrive them in Damascus tomorrow iA... the reason we did that is because we figured it might be faster as they will already have everything up to date and they can just issue the visa right away ! iA it was a good decision.... gooood luck to alll !!

Don`t tell your wife to send it to you. The reason they tell her that is because they think its the first time doing medicals and that the file has not been sent already so you should add it with the package but that is not the case. yeah i think she should keep it for a while when you feel like ur near the end so 10months + and then send it to damascus with an updated police check.. but thats only my opinion... we did that and hoping for the best iA
