I have question it had been over 5month and I haven't receive RQ yet or anything from embassy!! Is that normal?? Also the RQ who suppose to get it me or my wife I'm sponsoring her ?? Does it come in mail or email???

i got it by mail because i did not supply an email address for the sponsored person. the person being sponsored suppose to fill it.
