Yes, we must contact Amman CIC Office.aaa2012 said:hey guys, would you say that from now on we should no longer contact Damascus and rather contact our designated visa offices, Amman/Ankara?
If you have not yet been contacted by your new processing office, and your mailing address / e-mail address has changed, or you wish to withdraw your application, you should send an e-mail to the Damascus office, which will forward this information to the new processing office. Also, if you have received a request for information or documentation from the Damascus office to which you have not yet responded, you should send that information to Damascus for forwarding to the new processing office. These are the only circumstances in which you should contact Damascus or any other Canadian Visa Office in the region. In all other instances, you should await contact from the new processing office - at which time you can provide them updated information or make queries regarding your application. Correspondence which does not meet these requirements will not be answered..............So I can say logically u have to contact Amman but most probably they won't reply!aaa2012 said:hey guys, would you say that from now on we should no longer contact Damascus and rather contact our designated visa offices, Amman/Ankara?
I'll keep you all informed should I receive a response.siavashf said:Dear Friends from Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon,
I understand that our files r not being processed in the same office anymore; however, please keep us posted about ur progress in this thread.
Its very important that we can monitor how the new VOs r going to follow the time sequences of the files in Damascus.........there r many ppl who have been waiting for 12+ months now and they were supposed to receive their visa.....so what we need to put under close attention is how Amman/Ankara r going to respect the timing of ppl.

Babamoono dar ovordan vali finally there is a timeline a head of us......personally I think, Damascus processed our files to a certain point before transferring them to Ankara. In other words, we have already passed 2-3 months out of 5 months processing time in Ankara and if we r a bit lucky we will receive our visas before Norouz or a few weeks after Norouz!
