This message is for those of you who are thinking if you should redo your medical exam or wait until they tell you so...
MY ANSWER IS DO IT !! RIGHT NOW IF WE HADNT DONE IT BACK IN SEPTEMBER RIGHT NOW THEY WOULD HAVE EMAILED US TO REDO MEDICALS AND IT WOULD DELAY ATLEAST ANOTHER MONTH so my advice to you.. dont ask questions just redo it if you are passed the 8-9 months wait !!!

I have a question about the medical...when did your husband's first one expire? My husband's expired Nov. 9th, he re-did it Nov 4th. Did you send the green sheet without them asking for it? We didn't send the green sheet...still deciding if we should wait. Advice??? ;D

i asked the guards outside the embassy same as your question

they said you should put the green sheet into white envelop with file number on it and bring it to the embassy

for me , my wife redid her tests and did same as they told me , plus i scanned it and e-maild it as attached document to the visa section .

yes that is what my lawyer send and it is confirmed by an email from damasucs
everyone should redo medical when it is almost a year and did not hear from visa office even if they did not ask you guys as geminibella said anyway you must have valid medical before you enter canada so just do it again and save time( i wish i did not listen to my lawyer and listen to my wife anyway it is too late now and I am looking forward to hear from them by end of nov), keep a copy of green sheet and send it by registered mail they prefer dhl courier in damasucs or drop it yourself to damasucs.

thanks kamal ..for me i redo medical b4 10 days. they have asked me to redo ..n now it has been more than 3 weeks ..i hope next week i will hear good news ..

they only need the green sheet and make sure it is send by registered mail and keep a copy to yourself as well for the record.

so I have a feeling that scarycemetry mikie shas44 kamal225(myself) and anyone else who did medical last month or so should be called by end of nov or I hope before.

why there is difference btween gemini and coolmair in ppr coolmair sent it with the dhl (need one month to get his pp back??why this )and gemini went to damascus and tomor will get the ppr again??/ (we dont go to the consulate??) imeant if we sent it with dhl it needs more time???

Yes ..because it takes about a week to get there by the time they process the visa and re send i by DHL its takes a few weeks but in person u drop it off and ull come get it next day ...its the courrier that takes time....its only logical i guess

I talked to the DHL guy, he said it takes about 2 to 4 weeks, they will call me so I have to go back to DHL to pick it up. On the Email explains that it takes about 4 weeks and we don't have it by 6 weeks, we should contact them.

salam coolamir, did you pay for sending and receiving with DHL? my passport in the embassy from last week, and I am still waiting, did they mention in the e-mail that it it takes 4 weeks?

The funny part is yesterday I honestly felt that we were gonna get contacted somehow so while I was in the car with my uncle I said yay the embassy opens tomorrow and he was like okkkayyy? I'm like cause they close on fri and sat. Yiiii my chance THANK YOU ALLAH!!!
