I was reading for whole week about who has been paid during the process for PPR ,
I found all of them got their visa after month or two, at all offices
only in Damascus office, the case is different when they ask Razan and me to pay, and no news after that , it just strange , (((

I ned some advice, my hubby sponsored me , an uotland app. since march 2009, we had an interview in sept, 2010, my io was the meanest, i have a genuine relationship with my hubby of 5 yrs, yet she said its moc, we ordered the caip notes, so we saw all her concerns, she also lied about my interview, shame on her, can you advise me how to about getting the adr done, i gave everything possible . Don't worry everything about Damascus is strange, as long as I understand everything depends on the officer who works on your file. Some of them start processing the case even if something is missing some other wait so the whole application becomes complete then start processing. This is exactly what CIC told me, for example some of us have been asked to fill the questionnaire exactly after our file transferred to Damascus some other like me asked for the questionnaire after 6-7 months. It seems they don't have any specific routine for cases.You know these are what he(CIC telephone service) told me, when I discuss it with my lawyer he said CIC telephone services don't know anything more than what they saw in their monitors, they are ordinary people !!! I don't know really, but I thought maybe its useful for you to know. Don't worry my fried be passionate hopefully you will hear the good news very soon.

Why don't you hire a professional lawyer not those immigration lawyers, this immigration lawyers just study 2 years and then they open their office go for real ones.I'm sure they can help you. Im sponsoring my Husband who is in Lebanon... I sent the app just about a month ago..

I will no longer be going to school and I will get a new job.. should I send ImmigrationCanada all the new information.. ie no longer a student, + letter from new employer ?

I was thinking about this but it seems like as soon as its approved on the canada side they don't deal with me anymore ? They would send the app to Damascus and they deal with the rest after regarding my husband... hmm let me know! Thanks

They just said that if your address is changed inform them,besides for sponsoring spouse you dont need to show you have income.so in my oponion you dont need to send these information.

dont you worry you dont need to send them nothing for now
you are already approved as a sponsor now their concern is your husband

First, as soon as they started processing in damascus or half way they will request a questionaire that need to be filled out and they will give 45 or 60 days to fill and submit back to them , in that one you have to mention details about for example student/ employee and many other details concering yourself and your husband

Second, may i ask why you are saying you will stop going to school I hope that you finish your studies please allow me to ask here in this thread we ask, share and help each other and encourage each other for now it is better to stay in school to upgrade your education/ carreer and to keep your mind busy from the long process sorry again for asking and good luck

Hello Kamal..

Well I've been doing a lot of thinking about school but for now I will take a break and work.. I already have 2 diplomas from college, early childhood educator and office admin... I was so good in college... University is just really different and I find myself going to class and wasting my time and money.. so instead of wasting anymore I think I will just work and save up.. and my mother got surgery on friday the 3rd so I must stay with her and help much more than before around the house as well as pay bills. As much as I'd love to continue University.. i'm really not motivated and I'd hate to throw away my husbands money like that when I already know in my heart I'm not giving it my all.. nor can I anymore... I'm sick of school.. I get a headache thinking I'll keep going for 4-5 years lol!!

Alhamdulilah my mother is good, getting better with time thank god! So that is basically my reason for leaving University..

I just checked on E-CAS AND it says DECISION MADE ON DEC 7TH!! That's 26 days !!

Funny how my mother and I open the door to check the mail JUST RIGHT NOW AND THE MAILMAN HANDED US the letterrr and it's apppproved!!!! IM SO HAPPY ! !I hope you all get the same good news before the holidays !!! good luck to all !! xoxoxo keep us posted!!!!
