strange nothing from embassy at all, as they are died ,,, i feel i am going to die next to my email waiting them :'(

hello everyone.
every night, i have the same dream, my husband or my mom tells me: " u got ur visa pack ur bags!"
every morning it's a total disappointment to see that my inbox is empty...
i don't even know when they started treating my file, all cic tells me, is that " nous avons recu votre demande de residence permanente le 10 janvier 2011".
God help us all! CIC have some mercy on us! :'(
i just wanna see someone in this forum getting his PPR this month, it'll make me happy!

Moning all,

Guys be patient as you will receive your PPr very soon. I have strong feeling that this process will end in Sept. I am very nervous and worried but I can do anything. All I can do is to be patient and vent

@ Nagz: welcome back, did you get me kishk?

@ gem: No, the updates are not useless. Every time the office asks for updates, it means a lot i.e putting some pressure on them.

hey guys,
wow ive been so busy lately its been crazy, to be honest this past month or so flew by, i mean i didnt even notice how , i guess being busy can help you mentally , i mean i still think about the file but i try to do anything possible not to, although we talk on the phone everyday its rare that we talk about the file or the process, simply because it doesnt do anything but depress us both,
when there was PPR's going through left and right we talked with excitment but lately........

anyways i hope everyone is doing well, im going to try to be more active since i dont have much to do for the next couple of weeks,

lets hope september will mean full force processing rather than this frustrating past couple of months

A watched pot never boils! lol!
Just live your lives as you never had an application going on. I'm busy with my studies here, my husband is so busy back in Iran, we talk everyday and miss each other so bad, but we never think that our life is on hold because of this process. We're just living thinking we never had this process going on.
Try it this way and see you never feel how time passes. Honestly, for myself, this 4 months that I've been waiting, every month has passed so fast for me! But yeah if I sit and refresh my email each minute, every minute will be like a day!
So stop giving yourselves such a hard time and enjoy every moment, these moments are a part of your life, you have to enjoy your life. Keep your minds fresh for the moments you will have with your loved ones! Don't bother yourselves so much about a process that you can't do anything about!
By the way, when I look at other threads, such as Islamabad with 24 months of processing time, they are more positive than us!
Best wishes for everyone!

Vivi and Sohrab you are soo right!!
most of the days i'm ok, but when i have special occasions and i see a lot of my girl friends with their husbands, i feel like crying. it's in these times that i feel down and jealous of others...
sometimes i'm too afraid to die before getting my visa...afraid to miss too many lovely days with my love.
I'm gonna follow ur advice though, it helped me so much... thank you:)

i understand exactly what you are saying but be strong, we all have those times and occasions where we miss our loved one but at the end of the day 1 day passes by and its 1 less till the day of seeing each other again :D and no problem we have to support each other :)

be patient ppl, if you know for how long I was waiting to finish all my wife's documents from Iraq you will be surprised....
I was waiting to finish all the important documents from iraq almost 2 years because of the bad services in iraq...and now I should wait at least 7 months for the application processing :s.....my wife and I lost hope after the 2 years for documents but after sending the application to Missiuaga I started to hope again..but I started to worry about the situation in Syria...we already have a bad situaation in Iraq and my wife want to get out from it and now Syria!!! I am afraid that will make it worse
