I have sent my application this morning, they are going to receive it hopefully tomorrow 9 August. Is there anyone who has sent his/her application in August? I wish everyone luck and I hope everything goes well for all of us.

Hi there,

Yes it's totally fine to send out the medicals before submitting your application, its actually recommended as processing medicals can take a month. However I suggest not to make a long gap between medicals and sending application, in order to save your wife's meds expiry. The doctors have all the forms, all your wife needs to do is to obtain a copy from her doctor and include it in her application. I dont see why her doctor asked for Option C Printout, its required of sponsor ( you) and not the applicant ( your wife ). You have to obtain Option C Printout of your last fiscal year Notice of Assessment. You can call Canada Revenue Agency and it takes about 10 days to recieve it. It's very important to include this Option C, if for any reason you cannot obtain one, make sure you explain it in writting when preparing the application.

I just very glad to inform you guys ......the MP would updated me on 14 August and if he has not any good news...I will come back forever to Iran within next 3 weeks and say bye bye to here so i am just thinking if starting life is good my hubby will get the visa till 14th Aug otherwise is not good

welcome to Canada sepide joon , there is no news , i have appointment with our mp on 14th Aug , he will update me , but if he said please be wait within next 2 months or more .....i packed and just a ticket and come back to Tehran , it is more than my capacity ................ by the way hope yo like here and enjoy the nice weather

new processing time announced by CIC, and unfortunately Ankara visa office processing time still 16 month. its very disappointing and strange.

solmaz jan i really hope they will soooon end the strike so that u guys reunite asap. i had an appointment with my lawyer on monday caz i wanted to apply for my parents for a tourist visa but he told me he would rather not send any docs right now caz they had no response during the last 2-3 weeks on any case. he said they seems to fully stop work in the last couple of weeks and sending the docs would be useless!!!! thats horrible and i exactly know how u guys feel

Hi sepide joon , that is not ture due to i met my mp yesterday and asking about strike , she said that all the offices are working but it is too slow , so cic ask to apply online hence, and she asked for updat for us but as per as my caips she said your file is done and you will be get your visa very soon , i am waiting for her update i am so happy because just one day before yesterday i got a very good job offer and i did not answer them till yesterday and now i accepted and i am thinking that this is good sign for us ....

by the way do you mean "member of parliament" by mp? or it stands for something else?
