Dear hasti,

When is the "print" date on your GCMS notes? Not the date you requested them- the date they have printed it.
If you have the "Hold request for passport" it means you should be done with everything else. What is the bring forward date for you medicals? When did you do your second medicals?

Based on what I read in your message, I suggest you write them a note and ask sometimes a gentle reminder doesn't hurt. I think you should receive your PPR soon.

I don't think a polite, brief email would hurt, especially in your case.

The medical due date is irrelevant. Don't worry about it. You have a valid medical till October 2013, so all is good there.
The due date which is most relevant is the one normally at the bottom of second page, something like this:

APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT
Assigned To: xxxxx
Assigned By: xxxxx
Due Date:

But keep in mind that CIC uses these dates as loose guides, they are really not binding. They might let them slip, or do things earlier. In any case, I really hope you get yours very soon. You've been waiting for a very long time.
