i dont know this related to background check or no, my husband didn't go to military ( sarbazi) , moaf bode
i think there are a lot of details that may have connection with this process, for example a lawyer told me it's better for you to have a job and put a letter from your boss in your package, he said it's not like that if you don't work, they won't give visa, but the work letter is a good document !
and maybe this letter just work in "first step". i don't know !

i just found out the only thing that doesn't have any law or rule in whole system of canada is its Immigration process. it is all about luck.
we have family friend at vancouver who applied for which citizenship cart for himself and wife and to of his sons. he applied all separately. and he gave his own application one month after all his family member. he got the exam time for citizenship in 6 month unbelievable but the rest of his family still doesn't get any thing.
immigration in canada is all and all about lock.

i was on jason keeneys tweeter, i noticed that he does read his tweets and sometimes respond to them. there were few tweets from some iranians asking him to help with spousal sponsorship visa. He read them and deleted them after without responding. i hope he does somthing soon

hey every body i had my applcation in process since augest 2010 had an interview in syria , did my blood tests twice , finally i got a reply this week asking for an interview , interview went very good the counseler was really good , very understanding , and thanked me for the patience , and said he will ask me for a police certificate sent to him this week , they emailed me next day asking for it , so fingers crossed every body , hopefull things will go great for all of us . andmeet hour wives and husbands .
