I always assumed they both have the same meaning, and i don't even know if they check the background check since they are provided the police certificate once u apply 4 ur spouse.

I did too about one month ago, But they didn't change my address.

I think mosafer was an exception, cuz as far as i remember all previous applicants in this forum except one, received ppr on wednesday, thursday or friday. We'd better hopefuly wait for it on next days.
