Hello,
I'm new to this Forum, however, like most of the Lebanese guys, my file has been transferred to VO Bucharest.
I've been requested to pay the FDRP (490$) on October 3rd and I've submitted also the medical test on November 2nd 2013 and my e-status was updated to "les resultats medicaux ont ete recu" on November 7th. I've done some researches about the remaining time that I have to wait to get the Visa and I found that it ranges from couple of days up to 6 months or more, depending on the VO itself and on how much countries the applicant has lived in for more than 6 months. But anyway, I feel like this remaining time, even for couple of weeks, is longer than the 3 years we've waited to get the CSQ.

does anyone have a clear idea about the remaining time?

Go for it!!
but don't forget to submit your "TCFQ" french test results with your app. I heard that this is a requirement nowadays or you risk to be rejected.
so submit your file as fast as you can and cross your fingers... you have to forget about it for at least 1.5 - 2 years and then things will be more exciting.
and my advice for you is don't ask anyone!!!! just READ what is written on the immigration website. it's all that you need.

You will be asked for the french test sooner or later no points will be granted for the language section if you don't submit the tests (french and English if you want). Plus they are now insisting that the applicant should have a very good level of french communications skills because it is the main reason that will facilitate your integration in the Quebec society. So you won't loose anything if you do it now
