damaged passport

Hallo,
due to water damaged passport I didn't get stamp. And I've already get my new passport. I also reported on web form, but I didn't have any response. So can I still get stamp with my old Original Passport Request, or I must have a new request or new re-submit letter? If it is, how can I get the new re-submit letter? Thanks a lot!
