I think every program is a bit different. In the recommendation letter you are told that the final decision rests on the FGS. But surely you will get this. Check online regularly, you might be asked to pay a deposit.

Even tho every program is different, on the average it takes about 1-4 weeks to hear from FGS whether it's an admit or reject.

But it's true to check online regularly.

I just called the admissions office and the said my letter went out yesterday. try to call them.

Congrats!!!! ;D. You can call the registrars office to find out when your LOA was mailed. FGS will likely send you an email.
