Dakar(senegal) visa office approving any visas

My minor dependent child's PR app was sent there in September and nothing since transferred to this office. All emails to them go unanswered. I did see in ecas that they started processing October 25,2021 but her app was initially received May 28, 2021. medicals done. We never should have been sent to this office as the usual VO for us is Mexico..... who knows with CIC anymore

Nothing, how about you. Its ridiculous because Dakar is NOT the normal visa office that we should have been sent to . Ours should have been Mexico. Also the minor dependent is 9 everything's done? the app is just sitting there

Yes exactly the response I got , also they said they will not respond to more web forms to wait for them to contact
My application there since may 17 no reply till now I reapply September still no response I'm tired of this same embassy
okay all the best . I applied for PR after the stories I heard on Dakar VO I have lost hope
