can anyone tell me that what documents are required for showing Dairy Income for University visa.

show them the Income Tax return form (the tax) paid on the money earned through the dairy.

DAiry is exempted from INcome tax..NO ITR are paid on dairy income.

HI,
Dairy income and agriculture income are exempted from income tax in INDIA.
SO you can ask to dairy( where you r selling milk) for income certificate as well.
Under agriculture income you can attach crop selling bills also,further you can request to what we call 'talati' for income certificate on the basis of crop bills and 7/12 and 8/A.
