Hi,

I sponsored my parents for immigration under the family sponsorship program.
Now his call for medicals has come.
He suffers from Diabetes (Takes insulin) and had 2 stents put in his heart last year, but is now completely normal.

Is there anyone that knows if this will pose a problem in the application?
The doctors say there is absolutely no damage to the heart and he is doing well otherwise.

Thanks,

Varun

if the doctors say there is absolutely no damage to the heart and he is doing well otherwise......that's positive.......but only IRCC could advice.

Diabetes and the cost of insulin is probably the bigger issue between the 2. Not saying he won't be approved but Diabetes would be the more expensive issue.
