For Bank letters do u get it by going to a bank, eg: bank of america...? Or request online?

FOR BANK STATEMENT YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO TO BANK JUST GO ONLINE AND PRINT THE STATEMENT FOR PAST 6 MONTHS BCOZ THEY ONLY WANT COPY OF THAT.

REGARDING BANK LETTER YOU HAVE TO REQUEST FOR IT. BANK OF AMERICA WILL CHARGE 10 $ FOR THAT AND USUALLY TAKES ABOUT A WEEK FOR THAT.

I VISITED ONE OF THE BRANCH PERSONALLY TO GET ONE.

Should one compulsory add extra sheets to describe the changes from application sent to CIO to final application?

In my case i got my passport renewed so passport number got change.
app to CIO i have not elaborated the job duties just used one liner, and lucky enough to sail through. should it required in final application.
Should I feel in the new application or make changes in copy of CIO application and use it for final submission.

appreciate your views and any extra input for preparing final application.

ACTUALLY, YOU SHOULD INFORM THEM ABOUT ALL THE CHANGES ON SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER OTHERWISE IT MAY DELAY YOUR APPLICATION. AND REGARDING YOUR JOB DUTIES, IT IS ADVISABLE TO ELABORATE IT. TRY TO TAKE A LOOK IN NOC WEBSITE AND YOU WILL GET SOME EXAMPLES OF DUTIES.
