AINP is closed and changing its guidelines. OINP - no score is too low. Do you work and live in Nova Scotia or have a job offer from a designated employer? If not, no. Atlantic provinces require a job offer or living/working/studying in the province.
No. I am not a consultant. If you want to hire an immigration lawyer or consultant to help you then do so. You don’t seem to understand the PNP process for each province so you need to read through each program. If not, get a consultant to explain it for you and pay them for their time. Also most programs have nothing to do with CRS score.
