Cut-off score and ITA

Hello Everyone,

I am new to this forum, I have some questions (which might be a dumb one) but here goes;

1. Does everyone above the cutoff score get an ITA?

Example: Oct 2017 cut-off was 438, so everyone above that CRS score in the pool get ITA?
Or does it depend on your NOC or anything in particular?

2. Sharing my details below, when are the chances of getting an ITA;

ECA: Two Bachelors Degree above 3 yrs
IELTS: L:8.5 R:8 W:7.5 S:7.5
NOC: 1111

Spouse:

ECA: Masters Degree
IELTS: L:9 R:9 W:7 S:7.5
NOC: 0124

Need more information for your second question, what's your CRS score? How many years of experience do both you and your spouse have? How old are both of you, what is the score with you as primary vs your spouse as primary?
