Currently working on Dual NOC

I am doctor/sonologist but due to tough criteria for doctors, we decided to nominate my husband as principal candidate, his qualification are as under:-
• Bachelor of Commerce (2 years Degree) completed in 2008.
• MBA (MIS-Management Information System) majors in IT (2 years Degree) completed in 2012.
• Six months diploma in Oracle Developer and Oracle Database Administration in 2013

My husband having experience in both NOC’s which are as under:-
• 0213 - Computer and information systems managers ,under this NOC my husband has been working for the last 11 years from 9 to 5 pm(Saturday ,Sunday off days) , this is a very reputable government sector.
• 2171 – Information systems analysts and consultants :- in this NOC my husband is working in evening (5:30pm-12am) physically and through remote access as per employer needs( reputable private group ) since last 5 years
My questions are as under:-
1. Can we apply on above two NOC’s simultaneously as he is currently working on both NOC’s
2. Online experience considered for PNP or not?
3. Due to dual NOC , is that any negative impact on our profile

one more thing in Government organization my husband designation is Superintendent in subordinate cadre while both NOC are (0 – Management occupations) is it create any huddles in our case or not

Titles don’t matter. Match NOCs to job responsibilities.

As we will apply on 2 NOC ,ECA purpose should we go to WES or IQAS etc? for better equivalency of educational degrees
