currently studying in canada!my visa was rejected first/got approved second tym!

hy people, i am in london, canada! came in for sep intake. even my visa was rejected. second tym, got clicked! any doubts, if i could help!any doubts

i also got rejected first time for jan intake 2014 and again i applied for same intake and still waiting

can u tell me what was the previous reason of ur refusal it will help me

and what are the docs u submitted second time when u got approved

12th 75% non medical cbse
ielts 6 bnds not less thn 5.5

i applied for ug programe mechanical engineering
hey bro secnd time i apllied undr gnrl with out any income proof as my father does not give itr
does it effect my case bro i m totally fedup kw and i applied on 6 dec after getting the refusal on 5

u should do it to show ur level of establishbment.. by d way have u submitted property valuation report?? my refusal reason was same..

bro actually i had not much time for arranging any docs becose i got refusal on 5 dec and i reapllied on 6 i submitted mu file in hurry and all these docs take maximum 2 3 days and i dont want to waste my time thts y i submit my file in hurry
