I am working as contractor paid by agency (6 months term)Could some one please advise, what should i answer for do you have a valid job offer? And excluding this job i already have two years canadian experience.

IMO, answer to 'valid job' should be NO if the job isn't LIMA approved... However in 'work history' and in 'personal history' you should include details of this job.
