Hi all.

I am an international student in Quebec. I am currently in a Master of Science degree and I have previously completely a bachelor of science (September 2016- June 2020) in Quebec as well. I was not initially planning on doing a masters but went to grad school as I was worried about how the pandemic would affect employment. While I do enjoy the program, I am currently wondering if there is a possibility that I can apply for PR in Canada while still completing my masters degree . I already have a Canadian degree but not much skilled work experience. I also am fluent in both French and English and will try to take some language exams. I also wanted to know if there is a possibility I can also apply for (and getting) PR without completing my masters degree since I already have a previous Canadian degree. Furthermore, I also remarked that some Provincial nominee programs (such as BC) don’t explicitly prohibit applicants who are currently studying but some programs do.

Thank you for your time.

I know you can for express entry, a friend applied while studying his master degree at University of Toronto and got his PR just after finishing his first semester. But Quebec usually has different rules.
