Currently in H1B - US -Awaiting for canadian PR ; what are my options?

Hi Experts and Friends,

I have a valid petition for 3yrs( 3+ extension) , will be travelling by this year end to US.

Now my family will be travelling to Canada next year mid with the PR. I have too applied for Canadian PR in FSW program this month.

1- What shall be my options to retain my PR status and also work in United States as i will have my secured job in the US.

2- If i travel on weekends or monthly basis to Canada as i will be having parents and sister in Canada keeping my permanent address in Canada by having a rented flat in CANADA. Will that give an edge ?

3- How is the Canadian IT job market for Oracle Apps ERP? any body with the information ?

4- Any comparisons of WORK-LIFE-ENVIRONMENT between Canada vs USA would be definitely a heads Up for me.

it depend where u live in usa i know few people who came to USa for job on daily basis or few of them weekly
