currently have a visitor visa, my wife need to apply for visitor visa too?

I currently have a visitor visa with multiple entries, I would like to apply to my wife so she can travel to canada as well, when I submitted my application for the first time her name and details was on the form, but I pay only for a single person instead of family.

what do I have to do so she can have a visitor visa too, do i need to complete all the forms again?

She needs to apply from scratch. She can't benefit from the visa you hold.

I applied on friday july 3, CVAC requested her passport yesterday July 6. ;D
