Current work experience : minimum 6 months or 1 year

I just started filling up my Express Entry profile. I have around 7 years of experience in last 10 years, with my first job starting from July 2007 and ending on Oct 2008. Should I include this or not ? if I do, is there a chance that it will be considered deemed for any points?

Second, currently i am working and want to include that experience too. I started this job in march 2017. Can I include this as it is less than 1 year. or should I wait upto march 2018 so that I have 1 year completed in the current job.

If you are looking at CEC stream for EE you need a minimum12 months full time (30 hours or more per week)(or equivalent in part time)Canadian work experience in a job which is in a NOC 0 , A or B category to qualify.
