To whom it may concern,

I completed my application into the Federal Express Entry Pool yesterday (May 13, 2019) and i received an email with an application number.

When i logged into my account to view this message, i saw that my Current Status was reading "Profile Ineligible" which got me worried.

Upon review of my application, i noticed i made the following errors;

1. Did not fill the "To" section for all my academic qualification and that of my dependent as i had limited understanding of that section of the Wizard. However, i included our WES Certiicate Number for verification.

2. I saw that i made an error for my dependent's IELTS Writing score.....instead of selecting "6.5", i selected "7" in error. However, i included my IELTS Reference Certificate Numbers.

After submitting and transmitting my completed online application, i later attempted to correct/update the sections with errors but i could not find any way to do that online.

I also noticed that no CRS Score was awarded which was not my expectation as i have checked my eligibility which gave the impression that i and my dependent are good to go as our CRS score showed to be between 448 and 450 using the eligible portion of the IRCC website.

Kindly inform me if there was any error that could have led to the "Profile Ineligibility" status i saw on my profile as well as how to correct those mistakes. Also, is this the norm immediately after online Express Entry application?......and it is only after the stipulated processing time that i would see my status change to eligible and a CRS score awarded?

Thank you very much

How many members in your family? How much did you show as proof of funds?

Do you have at least one year of continuous work experience?

What is your score under the FSW points system? Do you have at least 67 points to meet the minimum to qualify?

5 Members in my family including Parents.....and i said i would be bringing C$33,000.

Concerning FSW Point System, i dont know exactly what you mean by that or maybe i skipped it......you can help me with links on how to sort that out. However, i checked my eligibility on https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html and it produced a score of 449.

I really dont know how it works over 100......i.e how to get minimum of 67 over 100......kindly advice but am pretty sure we would surpass that as we have more than two degrees each, more than 10 years finance work experience and the primary applicant is 32 years old.

Six selection factors. You must score at least 67 points.

There's nothing you need to fill out. Simply check that you have at least 67 points under this system.

Also - not a "sir".

We have just checked, and we meet 75 in the FSW.

Sorry for the "Sir" reference. How do you prefer i address you as i dont like to come across as not respective.

I think i can now see that the error i made as stated in my early cry for help is the issue......"1. Did not fill the "To" section for all my academic qualification and that of my dependent as i had limited understanding of that section of the Wizard. However, i included our WES Certiicate Number for verification.". I think the system did not know how to calculate the years or the academic qualification, hence it just assumed "Ineligibility Status".

Kindly guide me on what to do to correct this anomaly. Do i delete my profile and re-apply?

Thank you

Hi Scylla,

I have a question. Recently my EE profile got ineligible. I dono the exact reason, but I have recently update my new job which falls under NOC 1122 and the next day my profile got in eligible. I have checked my score n it comes to 75.
What would be the reason for the ineligible profile? Kindly advice
