Does this mean immigration people changed their mind when it comes to 6 mos - t6o 1 yr? or is this addressing applications that are not illegible under the new rules?

Usually they only update the numbers if they have processed at least 10 applicants at that visa office. I find it hard to believe that they have not processed 10 FSW applicants at any visa office between Dec 2008 and June 2009 but perhaps it is true.

Dont we have a forum that track how many applications that have been send after Feb 2008, and still awaiting an answer? It's impossible that they have not got 10 applicantions yet...

I should have said 10 people who got PR, not just 10 applicants.
