Hi All,

what is the current processing timelines for below category. I am applying from India. Its already 4 weeks butno response

GATS: Intra-Company Transferee – Specialized Knowledge Workers
Regulation 205(a); LMIA Exemption Code C12
Software Engineers and Designers (NOC: 2173 )
Application date : 11th July 2022
Bio metric completed on :16th July 2022

I have similar application ICT applied on Jun 24... Aug 2 medical passed.. No updates after that... For yoh
 
I have similar ICT Application applied on June 26, 2022 and Bio metric completed on 6th July 2022. No updates after that
 
If you qualify for GSS it usually takes somewhere between 1-3 months. If you are married would apply for SOWP with the ICT GSS application.
 
Guys Anyone applied in july and got PPR ? It has been more than 3 months for me but no updates
 
On the same boat, applied in July it’s been 3 months now not a single update from my company or attorney. There is no other option to check the status as the work permit was applied by my company. Any ways I can check with the help of UCI and Application number? Pls guide.
