Hi everyone,
I desperately need some help. My current employer (in Singapore who I have been with for 2.5 years) is refusing to give me a detailed letter of reference (only a generic one).
I do have a detailed reference letter from my previous employer who is based in Sri Lanka and who I was with for 6 years.
They both fall in the same NOC and all my 8.5 years of experience is in the same NOC.
Reading through the forum, I see lots of rejections due to the failure to provide the detailed employer letter
I am just wondering since I have one that states that I was engaged in the NOC for 6 years previously, if that would be sufficient.
And what documents can I show to prove my employment in Singapore?
Is it possible for me to change my profile now (after receiving ITA) to move my current employer to personal history so that I would not be required to submit any documents from them?
Thanks
