CURRENT EMPLOYER NOT PROVIDING JOB REFERENCE LETTER

Hi everyone

My current employer is not proving reference letter and job duties on letter head as they say its againsttheir internal policy? This is theonly jobwhere I will be claiming points for my FSW application.

Is there an alternative, or can a co worker write an email to mentioning my job responsibilities?
