I wanted to know from people who have already received the passport stamp etc:

Does CIC ever snail mail (use regular mail) to deliver anything to your house or is it all electronic? (interview request, request for passport, request for medical, etc)

The reason I ask is because sometimes mail gets lost in my area so if CIC is going to snail mail it may prove problematic.

Also in case I relocate houses post-ITA but stay within the same city, how do I notify CIC of this change?

Should I even mention any change of address within the same city because it does not effect my CRS score or the number of police certificates I need. Thoughts?

COPR is delivered as a physical document (along with your passport), but you have a choice of delivery options (e.g. courier, regular mail, etc.).

Other than that, all communication before that is by electronic means as far as I know.

You can send a case-specific enquiry to inform them of an address change.

Up to you if you send the CSE or not. It's probably advisable just in case something goes wrong with your email address - in that case, CIC have another way of contacting you.

When you receive the PPR, you will have another chance to notify them of your changed address so that the COPR reaches you.
