Cuatom Decleration card? After landing

Have read about a declaration card/form when landing, is this a requirement?

If so, do i have to have it filled before landing? What do i include in it?

Please provide me with a link to it.

If i am carrying 10,000 CAD and my husband is carrying 6,000 CAD do we have to declare it? Because in total it's more than 10,000 CAD?

Dont worry. It will be provided to you in airplane, by the crew itself.
