CUAET- long waiting time for getting a decision

Hello everyone,

I applied with my Ukrainian common-law Partner for CUAET Ukraine-canada emergency travel, knowing that I'm an Algerian national and i was in Ukraine before the war, and now we are together in Germany, my partner she got the approval within 2 weeks but I'm waiting for about 3 months now,
Is anyone is or was in the same boat and what is the approximate time that I should wait for a decision in this case?
