CSR 460 French Stream yet no Notification of interest

I see candidates in the French Stream receiving their notification of interest the same day or within 3 or 4 days. I created the profile 8 days ago and still nothing. I selected French as my primary language and I do meet the requirements for both English and French. Any idea why I've heard nothing back?

I think you're talking about the Ontario PNP stream. Ontario has stopped issuing nominations.

Yes, I am talking about Ontario. They stopped issuing nomination for human capital stream but the French stream is still open...

Do you have at least a bachelor's degree?

Yes I do, I also have an ECA for it.

What is your NOC?

I assume it is open to any NOC? Am I right?

It's open to all NOCs. Mine is 1121 (HR Professionals). I scored high for all bands in both English and French.

At this point I'm a bit less worried as I'm hoping scores will drop to 460 in the first quarter of 2017 since LMIAs are worth so much less now. I may have a chance at a direct ITA once people with canadian degrees have applied later this year. We'll see.
