I called MIDI today, I told her that all my frnds got documents request within 4 months, but in my case its already 5 months and then she said its because we have more applicants this year.

I know they don't have enough information, but she was helpful

Good, Have you asked her about whether we could be forced to go through the new system if it changes to EOI? Ask her, she may give us a clue at least. Explain the situation. It would be nice to know? Don't you think so?

But again they don't have much information, the only power they have is that they can access to everyones Mon project Account whereas we can access only our....

Take a chill pill guys. Changing points threshold for already submitted applications was a surprise move from MIDI but moving to a totally different system ( from FCFS to EOI) is different ball game. MIDI will definitely clear existing queue before moving to EOI.

Hopefully, you are right. When it comes to immigration, I feel that they can change the rules any time as they see fit. That's what I am talking about. But I understand your point. They also know that we strive to get the points and then apply. It would be unfair to us.

But they can do anything, I applied for Canadian Experience Class before the starting of Express Entry, but they returned thousands of applications in that period

Interesting. I thought CEC applications were returned due cap exhaustion.

Even though it wasn't, in 2013 there was no cap for CEC and but in 2014 there was cap of 8000 applications and full cap was reached in 2014 just in 9 months whereas 6000 applicants applied in 2013.
Furthurmore, CEC updated on thier website in September that 5500 applications have been taken through CEC stream. How come 3500 applicants applied just in 1 month...
