Me too. Applied May 27 inland.

They for sure have a huge delay, they had to make a task force to process a bunch of asylum seekers crossed the Quebec's border. That's certainly why they are running late. Also, I think they are going to catch up with the in-progress applications because they will make use of this task force to process them all. That's my hope.

Let's share experience. As soon as you guys receive any news, communicate over here please.

Yes they are. Hope they are not planning to change the system to EOI and push us through the new system. It won't be fair to us at all but I think it is still possible since they might be planning a system update to accommodate the new immigration policies.

It will be so sad. Hopefully, that's not going to be the case.

If they make changes too the Immigration system, will it effects to those who have submitted thier online apllication, paid fee and have received File number...?

I called MIDI today, I told her that all my frnds got documents request within 4 months, but in my case its already 5 months and then she said its because we have more applicants this year.

I know they don't have enough information, but she was helpful
