I have applied to sponsor my wife and I live in ON. I checked all my forms submitted and never had the province as Quebec in any of the forms.
Recently I got an "Additional documents required" in gckey and realised they are asking for CSQ approval. This is meant for only people from Quebec.
I called IRCC to get clarification. The agent on the phone didnt know the reason either. She asked me to write letter of explanation and submit. Which I did, the same day. (proving my ties with ON).
Any advise, or thoughts/ suggestions is really appreciated.
