Received communication that my file is being opened as they are exempting me from bill 9 scrapping: 2019-07-24
Mon project submission: 2019-08-31
Docs Request: 2019-09-24
Docs Acknowledgement: 2019-10-28
CSQ Received: 2020-01-27

Ok you're timeline is quiet unordinary... I didn't know people reveived any invitation in 2018

I read somewhere that as of december 2,2019 we have to give biometrics again for the pr file. After we get CSQ and when we apply for pr we have to give biometrics? Even if we have given biometrics in the past 10 years for study visa any temporary resident application..?

It's true, when you do biometrics for a temporary permit, it's only for temporary resident application.
For PR process you have to do another biometrics...
Not logical but I'm sure they need money...
