Dear seniors.

Can we sumbit an application for a CSQ, and then sumbit additional papers (such as French test) after receiving an AOR?

I would like to send my application now ans submit the French rest result later (likely in February 2012). Is it ok?

Thanks for any information.

Thanks shootingstar. Your profile showes you applied in Montreal and your application was pre-assesed. What does it means?

pre-assesment is completing the eligibility criteria. there is a link on the website that does this. i'm searching the link but unable to find it.

Dear Pony,

Sure you can. However, if the French test is a prerequisite to processing your application, then I think it's better if you submit all the documents together; for should any document be missing, your application would be halted and they're only gonna reopen your file when you provide them with the missing document. So, in this light, this won't shorten your application processing time. You can send the application right away or wait until you get the French test result. Either way is fine.

Hey Ashville,

Do both applicants need to submit language test results? Or is it enough if the principal applicant submits both English and French, since that already gives us at least 65 points, without counting adaptability?

Hi brebu,

I am unable to answer that question as in my case, neither French nor English test were required, so I don't really know the procedures for the language test.

My situation is I got 59 points without French results already. The French test result will help waive the interview. So I send it anyway - otherwise I don't know when it will go. But thanks for the advise. That is also somethign I should really consider.

Hi Zyad,
