The link you have posted is from 2011 and wildly out of date. Adaptability used to be a factor but was discountinued. You are very wrong on this one and needlessly worrying everyone
I have already gone through this link dear! The problem is, there is nowhere in the requirements it is listed that an interview will be conducted but to settle in Quebec an immigrant has to satisfy the immigration officer , it comes under if your documents are satisfied enough and you score far more points from the margin of passing score in CSQ then & only then there is no ADAPTABILITY issue but if you are marginal then Interview will must be conducted for their self satisfaction. & there it is already written that EMPHASIS IS ON FRENCH....... anyways I will never curse or assume anyone's chances like you did. I would still say BEST OF LUCK.......

I meant no offense and of course wish you luck also, I am simply concerned about the spread of your assertion that people should not apply if they do not speak French, as I don't agree at all, and neither do most others, including some who have already obtained their CSQ since the mandatory interviewing stopped. Having an interview is the exception rsther than the rule.
