What was the reason for your Intent to reject ? Mine was " they said I am missing my 10th certificate ;which i already sent with all other docs before too.

called MIDI today and they said the application is in Preliminary stage ;yet to be reviewed by the department. .?

Lol, I am calling them everyday and trying to ask same questions in different words, Even I called today and they told me same thing, Its processing.

A-t-il/elle fait la demande avec un certificat d'attestation du francais comme le TEFAQ, ou avec un certificat des cours de français de niveau intermédiaire avancé? Est-ce qu'il y avait l'entrevue par le MIDI? Tu sais... beaucoup de demandeurs de PEQ ne peuvent pas obtenir leurs CSQs recemment... Merci.

MIDI usually send ITR i.e Intent to reject;if we are missing some documents to be sent or according to them " one or more documents of ours are not valid ."

by the way one of our CANADA visa form mate got his CSQ on May 15 2018 ;he applied on April 18,2017.
