CSQ -- Help Plase!!

Im working on my application right now.

As far as my husband was concerned he believed we dont send in the CSQ until after he is approved as a sponsor...

but on form 0008 it asks when i have applied.

What if i havent applied yet? Where we suppose to apply before??

Do we send in the csq application at the same time we send the sponsorship application??

Your husband is correct, you have to wait for the approval letter from CPC-M before you apply for the CSQ from MICC. If it won't validate the form without a date in that box, then put a future date in it.
