CSQ Help - Email from Quebec government

Hi,
I applied for CSQ in Oct 2011. I received an email today morning from Quebec government with subject line: Quebec Job Postings. In the email there is a link to a pdf with technical/Engineering jobs and there is also a link to emploiquebec.net.

The header of the email states: your talents have a place in Quebec.

Has anyone else received this email and know what does it signify?

I got such email but after receiving the CSQ. It means that you can start exploring the job market while waiting for PR.

Does that mean my CSQ is done?? But I havent received any other communication.

Welcome.
In your case, It only means that your Email was already shared by BIQ to the Job website. Your CSQ is done when you get in the mail or in person if you have to go for interview
