CSQ for H&C

I have an approved H&C grounds application from CIC.
To complete the file, MIDI sent me few forms to fill up free of charge to issue the CSQ.

What's the processing time for CSQ for approved h&c applicants?

Update: It took 10 days to receive CSQ from the date i filed the application.

Hello can you please tell me how long it's took to receive MIDI forms after CIC approval? Also do you remember witch forms it was? thank you so much!
