Edit: Always check the French version, it's updated far more frequently.
They're currently finalising applications received in October, so it's about around a 1-2 month wait according to the MIDI.
CSQ are all processed by the MIDI in Montréal, VO is irrelevant. Not sure what you're asking.
What? Why would I? I’ve only been waiting three weeks and it’s a two month estimated wait.
When we did call on the 14th they told us they are still processing October applicants. 4 days later we received our CSQ
