Wow..i sent mine on 14 july and got aor on 20 july may be its a good news for me

Sorry, I posted a response including the facebook group but it has been deleted, it is case by case, last friday there is one person who got his CSQ and he has sent his application on July 28

* I had actually applied for csq in feb but it was returned because they couldn’t charge credit card. So applied again in may

Same here they also return my csq because my representative did a mistake in credit card number

Your post prompted me to call them yet again. And my CSQ was accepted on Oct. 20th but they also haven't sent it yet. The agent told us it can take up to 10 days for it to be sent out by mail.
